At ALCOVA / Design Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty selection. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original designer packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to ALCOVA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the items for hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
